Wire Ties #17 9-1/2" x 9 ga (Bag of 100) For Chain Link Fences

While chain link fabric is strong and resistant to intruders, it needs some means of being firmly attached to various points of your fence framework—otherwise it'll hang loose, with lots of weak points through which intruders can easily slip through or crawl under. To solve this issue, we sell these 9-1/2" x 9 ga wire tires: designed specifically for securing chain link fence fabric. These ties are made of bendable but sturdy aluminum. Wrap through the "knuckles" at the edges of your fabric and, at the same time, around the top rail or line post of the frame. Doing so will pinch the fabric against the rails.

These ties are also made of rust resistant aluminum, and will contribute to your fence's longevity. Each bag comes with 100 wire ties.

Details

How the part fits? The 9-1/2” wire ties are designed to go around line posts and over top rail.

Where is it installed? The 9-1/2” wire tie is installed every 24” on the top rail, and for your line post you will have the height of your fence minus 1. For example: for a 4’ fence you will have 3 wire ties. The 3 ties will be evenly spaced out, the first one 6” from the bottom and the last one 6” from the top. 

How many do you need? You will need one wire tie every 24” for the top rail, and height of your fence minus 1 for each line post.

The tie is design to hook the first knuckle of the chain link and bend the hook end past rest of the tie.
